  Traditionally Metagra Group got specialized in the manufacturing of technical cold formed parts. With the opening of the subsidiary in Mexico, the range of searched products for this technology should apply for the whole diversity of cold formed parts, both technical and not so technical parts.

• Capabilitites

  Since June 2017 Metagra Mexico have fully installed its manufacturing line. The core mean of this line is a powerful 6 die cold forming transfer machine providing a force of 500 Tns per stroke and handling rough material (wire in coils) up to diameter 36,00 mm. Accompaning this main machine there is also a pointing and thread rolling machine able to provide different types of thread profiles to the manufactured parts. External local providers for heat treatment and plating are also ready to collaborate with us.
